make munin-node syslog logging friendlier

unfortunately those are features of Net::Server (the module we use to do the request processing, etc.), so not something we can do much about from munin unfortunately.

i'll see if there are any improvements that can be made, but i'm afraid we might well be out of luck.

having looked at the Net::Server documentation more closely, i notice that it is possible to set the process name used in syslog output. i've committed a fix for that to trunk in r3434.

sadly there's no easy way of removing the second timestamp.
